Superior Leaf Inc. does not offer returns or refunds on any items whatsoever. However, a product exchange authorization may be obtained by contacting Superior Leaf, and meeting the product exchange guidelines set forth herein.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged.
Examples of non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Free samples
- Points or rewards
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without obtaining a product return authorization.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted resulting in a store credit valued below the original purchase price or denied altogether:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Product that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is exchanged more than 30 days after delivery
Only wholesale priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately retail items cannot be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain authorization for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product exchange authorization, the cost of return shipping must be paid by the sender prior to shipping the product. No COD or any shipping costs whatsoever will be incurred by Superior Leaf Inc.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
